Time Flies!

I know it's about time I contributed new information for anyone still looking at Nora's News, time is going so fast I didn't realize how long it's been.

The most amazing news is the growth of property prices for homes and land in our lovely city.

Homes in all areas are showing strong growth. Having been in the industry for 15 years I think back to the days when we had homes on the market for $60 000 and had difficulty finding buyers. The good news is I think we are still the most affordable coastal area in W.A.

On a happy personal note my daughter Bianca has completed her studies and is venturing into the sales area of the firm.

It brings back memories of my early days in real estate. I'm proud to say the passion and enthusiasm I had then is still alive and to watch Bianca reminds me of all those years ago (I think my retirement is looking good don't you?)

We have recently enjoyed ourselves at the REIWA BALL. Everyone looked fantastic and we even managed to pick up some awards for 'smoking in the correct areas' and 'staying awake the longest'!!!
