What's Going On???

Properties I’ve had on the market for quite some time are selling. I used to have homes available for less than $200,000, now my cheapest is $209,000. Geraldton is on the move again! Last time this happened prices rose very quickly. Recent positive press has re-awakened interest real estate in our area.
